After five years with a successful career as a TV news producer and
a wonderfully hectic social life I still felt empty.
This brought me to the realisation that "There must be more to life than this".
I stepped out of my comfort zone and into the unknown- India.
There I met many angels, my guardians who
brought me timely new information to help me on my quest.

And I met some demons too.
Everyone who heeds the 'Call' goes on
an archetypal 'Hero's Journey'.

Then I was initiated into the ancient art of
Yoga at Sivananda Ashram in Kerala and as a Tibetan Reiki master at Dharamsala, India.
Raw living food brought me healing
and Gurmukh, the world-renowned Kundalini Yoga teacher, continues to inspire me.





God and I have become
like two giant fat people living
in a tiny boat.
We keep bumping into
each other
and laughing
