"I've been drawn to yoga for over a decade, spending most of those years wondering why I don't make more time for something that makes me feel so good. I've tried different books and classes, that left me feeling that I could (more or less) get my body into the required positions, but I felt that I was missing something. Then I came to Rina's evening class, which was unlike any of my previous experiences. With one word, I would describe it as: wholeness. I feel as though my mind, body and spirit are connecting, in a space where it feels safe to explore what feels good and also what feels uncomfortable.
I'm starting to learn the meaning of just observing the moment.
After this first evening class I realised I wanted to come to Rina's Yogini Workshop.
My hope was to bring my body back into balance. I "came off" the contraceptive pill some weeks ago, but my body had not settled into its long forgotten cycle. Well, not only did I share a beautiful day with some inspiring women... that evening I started to menstruate,
on the day of the full moon just as my cycle used to be.
I now feel a deep sense of motivation to learn more about yoga, and each week I really look forward to my Tuesday evening class! In the new year I'm also hoping to have one to one sessions with Rina to develop my own practice at home.
My friend who came with me to the workshop feels similarly inspired.
Having done very little yoga before, she bought her own yoga mat the very next day!"
With gratitude, Hanne in Bath

"This is a retreat set apart from others, the location is in a delightful large cottage, in a hamlet of other surrounded, by woods. Each of the three, overnight participants had their own bedroom. The retreats theme was "cleansing", we started with a challenging kriya, which was followed by Green Juice. We all helped make a Raw Food lunch which was very good. In the afternoon an hours silent walk in the woods was followed by a short kriya, Yoga Nidra and a guided meditation, which ranks with the best I have ever had.
The Sunday followed a similar pattern, the retreat was a good mix of yoga, relaxation, meditation and some useful guidance about raw food and cleansing techniques. It made for a great weekend hosted by Rina ably assisted by Ben."  Mike C. Bristol

"A fantastic weekend with a balance between some amazingly invigorating yoga sessions, peaceful walks in the surrounding woods and an insight into living a raw food life. Rina and Ben welcomed us into their beautiful home and I shared this wonderful experience with some old and new friends. I would recommend this weekend to anyone who wants to have some time to be still but also to be inspired and grow!"
