Welcome to our Yoga classes in the heart of Bath
The Royal Crescent Hotel sits above Victoria Park in the historic, World Heritage City of Bath.
Our classes take place in one of the many suites or outside in the gardens when the weather allows.
A small intimate group, it's essential to book in advance.
As well as Yoga in Bath we offer private tuition, Raw food workshops, Dietary advice, Detox weekends and Yoga holidays worldwide.
Yoga in Bath stimulates the mind, body and soul through Asanas (Postures), Kriyas (Awakening Kundalini), Pranayama (Breathing exercises),
Yoga Nidra (Relaxation Techniques), Meditation and Yogic philosophy.
We offer advice on how to move towards a conscious living food diet.
Our intention is to be sensitive to the unique requirements of all our students, tailoring each class to the age and ability
of everybody present. All are welcome.
It is not the postures that you can do, but, the courage that you bring to your Yoga that enables a change.

New Year, New Moon, New Us
Prepare for the New Year the Yogic Way
I would LOVE you to join us for a weekend of Yoga, food and Ayurvedic wisdom.
Making a New Year’s Resolution is about embracing change. Change is powerful, exciting and fulfilling, but ultimately difficult to sustain.
Unlike changing your diet, your job, or even your relationships, yoga changes you on a more fundamental level.
Yoga was developed over thousands of years with one purpose in mind: To change the practitioner into a fully realised human being.
If you do commit to practice yoga and healthy living you will never need to make another resolution!
We will learn ways to stay balanced, with our diet, meditation, Yoga and breathing techniques.
You will take home with you a 7 day cleanse plan with recipes (raw and cooked), yoga ,meditation practice and lots of tips of how to stay healthy and centred through the year.
“Rina created a nourishing, calming space . I loved the balance of yoga by the fire, walking in
the woods, free time for thinking and reflecting, and cooking yummy food together.
I considered myself someone who already knew a lot about healthy eating
but I learnt a lot, and got fired up to learn more especially about super foods after
the weekend.” Teresa Fabian, Bradford on Avon

"I've been drawn to yoga for over a decade, spending most of those years wondering why I don't make more time for something that makes me feel so good. I've tried different books and classes, that left me feeling that I could (more or less) get my body into the required positions, but I felt that I was missing something. Then I came to Rina's evening class, which was unlike any of my previous experiences. With one word, I would describe it as: wholeness. I feel as though my mind, body and spirit are connecting, in a space where it feels safe to explore what feels good and also what feels uncomfortable. I'm starting to learn the meaning of just observing the moment. After this first evening class I realised I wanted to come to Rina's Yogini Workshop. My hope was to bring my body back into balance. I "came off" the contraceptive pill some weeks ago, but my body had not settled into its long forgotten cycle. Well, not only did I share a beautiful day with some inspiring women... that evening I started to menstruate, on the day of the full moon just as my cycle used to be. I now feel a deep sense of motivation to learn more about yoga, and each week I really look forward to my Tuesday evening class! In the new year I'm also hoping to have one to one sessions with Rina to develop my own practice at home. My friend who came with me to the workshop feels similarly inspired. Having done very little yoga before, she bought her own yoga mat the very next day!"
With gratitude, Hanne in Bath
