Our private yoga studio overlooks Conkwell Woods, high in the valley above the Kennet and Avon Canal.
This idyllic retreat space is dedicated to creating Community.
A sacred space in celebration of life, as it is.
Our weekend retreats offer practical demonstrations of how to prepare healing living food,
tasty green juices and raw (sugar,dairy free) chocolate.
We will personalize your dietary regimen according to your Ayurvedic constitution,
as well as any allergies you might have, and give you many receipes to take home.
The weekend also offers us an opportunity to go much deeper into our practice and our stillness.
Yoga in Bradford on Avon offers a private retreat space, One to One tuition, wellness workshops,
Dietary advice, Detox weekends and Yoga holidays worldwide.
The sessions are designed to stimulate the mind, body and soul through Asanas (Postures),
Kriyas (Awakening Kundalini), Pranayama (Breathing exercises),
Yoga Nidra (Relaxation Techniques), Meditation and Yogic philosophy.

I would LOVE you to join us for a weekend of Yoga, food and Ayurvedic wisdom. Making a New Year’s Resolution is about embracing change. Change is powerful, exciting and fulfilling, but ultimately difficult to sustain.
Unlike changing your diet, your job, or even your relationships, yoga changes you on a more fundamental level. Yoga was developed over thousands of years with one
purpose in mind: To change the practitioner into a fully realised human being.
If you do commit to practice yoga and healthy living you will never need to make another resolution! We will learn ways to stay balanced, with our diet, meditation, Yoga and breathing techniques. You will take home with you a 7 day cleanse plan with recipes
(raw and cooked), yoga ,meditation practice and lots of tips of how to stay healthy and
centred through the year.
