Private Classes
Private classes are ideal for those of you who prefer to be instructed on a one-to-one or small group basis.
Private classes are also useful for students who wish to use yoga for a particular
purpose such as developing a personal healing superfood diet plan, working with a particular health condition and for focusing
on specific practices such as meditation and Yoga Nidra (5000 year-old hypnotherapy).
Alternatively, get together with a few friends and enjoy a yoga class as a part of a small group.
